This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments and refunds for services provided by India Sourcing Agent.
Service Fees
Payments made for sourcing services, consulting, supplier verification, or inspection services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- duplicate payment
- payment made in error
- service cancellation before work begins
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- completed sourcing services
- supplier disputes beyond our control
- delays caused by third-party manufacturers or logistics providers
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
